Spring Tuesday Night Longtable Dinners at Miradoro

We are partnering once again with Chef Jaeger Koch to bring you a 5-course dinner menu. The courses were thoughtfully created by Chef Jaeger to dazzle your palate with each and every bite.
Each course will have curated wine pairings by our in-house sommelier, Connor Knapp.

Expect a lively procession filled with colourful floats, traditional music, and spirited performances, along with delicious food and warm hospitality. Whether you’re taking in the parade or connecting with the community, the Vaisakhi Parade in Oliver offers a welcoming and meaningful cultural experience for all ages.

Presented by the Okanagan Similkameen Conservation Alliance, this year’s festival offers interactive, outdoor events that explore and celebrate the spectacular natural environment of the Okanagan Similkameen. We’ll take participants from unique semi-arid ecosystems in the south, to alpine meadows high above the valleys, connecting people with nature and inspiring them to protect the unique habitats and species of our region and our planet.
