As you transition to your tables, prepare for a four-course culinary journey, meticulously crafted by Chef Ian Stilborn of Ward’s Wine Country Kitchen.

The highlight of the evening will be the main course, a creation that perfectly complements both a current vintage and a rare library wine, offering a unique opportunity to explore the depth and evolution of Fairview Cellars’ winemaking through the years.

To ensure a worry-free and joyful experience, they’ve included shuttle service for our guests residing locally within Osoyoos and Oliver. It’s their way of saying thank you for joining them and ensuring you can fully immerse yourself in the evening’s pleasures without a second thought.
