Mark your calendars for September 18-20th, 2026, as Wine Capital Weekend returns to Oliver, BC! Once again the ultimate destination for wine and craft beverage enthusiasts and festival-goers alike.
The Oliver Tourism Association, along with a dedicated committee and a team of volunteers, is proud to bring back our most celebrated festival here in Canada’s Wine Capital and the South Okanagan.
Attracting an estimated 4,500 attendees annually, this family-friendly one-day festival offers something for everyone!
A weekend-long celebration of wine, craft beverages, live performances, and local artistry.
This year’s festivities include:
Friday, September 18th: The 5th Annual Kick-off Party at District Wine Village sets the stage for an unforgettable weekend. Enjoy live music, sample local wines, beers, and cocktails, and indulge in gourmet delights from Wards Wine Country Kitchen. Live Music headliner, ANNOUNCING SOON!!
Saturday, September 19th: The 10th Annual Cask & Keg Festival showcases local craft beer, cider, and spirits. Explore tastings from over 20 craft beverage vendors, savour local food truck offerings, dance the day away to live music and take in the entertaining challenge of the Beer Olympics. Also, the exciting addition of the new Steinholding competition!
Sunday, September 20th: The highlight of the weekend, the 27th Annual Festival of the Grape, commemorates a quarter-century of excellence. Exclusive wine tastings from 40+ local wineries, live music, delectable food trucks, an exclusive VIP area, and the iconic Grape Stomp Competition make this year’s festival an absolute must-attend event.
