An incredible evening together for Stoneboat’s first ever Winemaker’s Dinner. Enjoy a beautiful four-course meal from Bluebonnet Culinary as well as Stoneboat wine pairings for each dish. THE MENU: Assorted Tapas Course: grilled and chilled octopus, salsa verde, crispy potato, pan con tomate: roasted tomato, serrano ham, garlic crostini, galmesano, olive oil, salt cod croquettes with salsa verde; Sablefish with roasted fennel, pickled onion, arugula, romesco and Striploin – grilled McLean Creek beef, crispy spicy potato, vegetable pisto, chermoula; Citrus and Almond Cake with citrus syrup, candied zest, goats milk mousse.
