Wine Capital Weekend – Cask & Keg Festival (Oliver Tourism)

Three Days Full Of Non-Stop Fun! Friday, Sept 22 to Sunday, Sept 24Oliver BC, Canada’s Wine Capital, is home to Wine Capital Weekend.

Friday is the Kick-Off Party at District Wine Village, followed by Saturday’s Cask & Keg, and last but not least on Sunday, Festival of the Grape, our premiere family-friendly event of the South Okanagan’s Wine Capital Weekend.

The Cask and Keg Festival presents a golden opportunity for distilleries to showcase their exceptional craft beverages and engage with an enthusiastic audience of craft beer, cider and spirit enthusiasts, locals, and tourists. As one of the keystone events of Wine Capital Weekend, this annual festival is also home to the entertaining team events, Beer Olympics and the Amazing Oliver Race.

The festival attracts more than 4,500 attendees annually who come to sample a variety of local and regional wines and dance to live music. In addition, you can indulge in mouth-watering food truck options, send your kids to a fun and interactive Kids Zone, shop at the artisan Merchant Market, and browse a two-day Fall Art Show and Sale.
