Join us on the vineyard patio for The Chocolate Project, a relaxed and flavour-filled tasting experience designed to spark your curiosity (and satisfy your sweet tooth). You’ll enjoy a flight of five wines — including one special library selection — paired with five chocolates.

But here’s the twist: there’s no strict pairing guide. We’ll offer suggestions, but you’re encouraged to mix, match, sip, and taste your way through the lineup to discover your own perfect combinations. Notice how a bright white wine changes a creamy chocolate, or how a bold red deepens alongside dark cocoa. It’s interactive, a little indulgent, and a lot of fun.

Set against stunning vineyard and mountain views, this is an easygoing, friendly experience meant to be savoured. Bring a friend, bring your curiosity, and spend an afternoon exploring wine and chocolate in a whole new way.
