Join us for a seated blind tasting experience in one of our intimate spaces. Enjoy a flight of our red wines artfully selected by a Hester Creek Wine Ambassador, and put your nose, palate, and deductive reasoning skills to the test.
Blind tastings are the best way to become an expert in wine! That’s why our Wine Shop Manager, Alyssa McCauley, created a blind tasting experience like none-other at Hester Creek.
This seated tasting is a masterclass in wine. It will put your eyes, nose and palate to the test in the best way possible. Be prepared to enjoy delicious wine, lots of laughs and learning more about wine than you ever thought possible!

What you’ll learn:
- Appearance I.e., what does the colour, transparency and overall appearance tell you?
- Aromas I.e., what can the aromas of each wine tell you about the characteristics of the grape, winemaking and/or bottle aging?
- Palate I.e., what flavours are hitting your palate and where? Does the wine have tannin? A long finish? Balance? Complexity?
Included in this experience is a tasting mat for you to take notes, an aroma wheel and a flight of delicious Hester Creek wines!
This 90-minute experience is 19+. Pets are not permitted at this event.
