Fall 2023 Tuesday Night Longtable Dinners
October 31st – Halloween Apprentice Dinner – A spooky themed dinner as Miradoro celebrates their Apprentice Chefs! Each apprentice chef will prepare a Halloween themed course. Costumes encouraged! There is a prize for the best costume. Call to book 250-498-3742
November 7th – Oyster Fest – Join our friends & seafood suppliers, Jon and Anne-Marie of Codfather’s seafood in a celebration of this ocean treasure.
November 14th – Upper Bench Cheese Dinner – Join cheese-maker Shana Cole Miller of Upper Bench Cheese as we create a menu based around her delicious products.
November 21st – Alumni Dinner – Former sous chefs Courtenay Welter, Ian Stilborn and German Barahona Acuña create a menu showcasing their tremendous culinary talents.
November 28th – Fire & Ice – A menu created as part of the Oliver and Osoyoos Fire & Ice Festival, celebrating the start of the winter season.
December 5th – Road 17 Arctic Char – Chef Jeff will create a menu using this incredible, sustainably raised local fish. Gary Klassen, the owner will be there to talk about his farm and sustainable fish farming practices.
December 12th – Cucina Piemontese – Since Chef’s trip here in 2006, this region of Italy will always hold a place in his heart. This cuisine is hearty, yet sophisticated cuisine that is equally influenced by the history of its ruling families to its farmers and foragers.
December 19th – Feast of the Seven Fishes – Italian Christmas – We finish the year with this traditional Italian dinner featuring 7 fish dishes, plus dessert.
6.30pm start, please allow us time to seat you. Menu $47+tax / Wine pairings $37+tax.
