Meet the Artists (Phantom Creek Estates)

Meet the Artists behind the mesmerizing exhibit of stone sculptures at Phantom Creek Estates. An exclusive meet and greet with Chaka Chikodzi and Barbara Maye on August 15th – 17th from 10am – 4pm. An unique opportunity to personally connect with the Artists, gain insight into their artistic process and discover stories woven within their masterpieces. Artist Reception – August 17th – 6pm – 8pm. Refreshments will be provided for the reception.
Chaka’s captivating volcanic rock creations reflect his Zimbabwean-Canadian heritage and profound connection to nature and Barbara’s intuitive soapstone carvings, known as Flipstones, will offer a transformative experience, inviting viewers to interact and witness perspective shifts. Don’t miss the chance to meet Chaka and Barbara on August 15th – August 17th from 10am to 4pm at the Estate. There will be a hosted reception on August 17th from 5pm to 7pm (more details coming soon). Immerse yourself in the artistry, stories, and the arcane wisdom embedded within these remarkable sculptures.
