We are pleased to announce Vasanti’s first longtable dinner to be held at the winery.

We invite you to join us for a night of fantastic wine, fine-dining, and the ambiance of our Paradise Vineyard. We are very excited to share with all of our club members this experience and hope that you will be able to attend this momentous event. This event will be hosted by Davinder Sidhu, Co-Proprietor of Vasanti and Connor Knapp, Hospitality Director for the winery.

Here are the details: We will be serving a 4-course menu, expertly crafted by Chef Jaegar Koch of HC Fine Dining and will take place outdoors in the vines of our Paradise Vineyard. Each course will be paired by our Hospitality Director and in-house sommelier, Connor Knapp. The menu will be revealed closer to the dinner, with vegetarian options available. Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Tickets are $160 per person (including tax, gratuity & wine pairings) There is a VERY limited amount of tickets for this event.
