Hot Sauce Showdown (Firehall Brewery)

Firehall Brewery is hosting a Hot Sauce Showdown! The sauce chosen by professional judges will win $50, and the winning sauce will be put up against the infamous Chance Beauclaire in a Hot Wing Throwdown challenge: if he can’t finish 10 wings with the victory sauce in 5 minutes, another $50 is added to the winnings!
Submissions: $10/entry. Entrants must have FoodSafe certification, and prepare hot sauces in accordance with FoodSafe guidelines. 20 Entrants Total. Maximum 5 entries per person.
