This edition of our Sunday Summer Dinner Series celebrates Honoring the Land: Indigenous Flavours with a thoughtfully curated three-course menu inspired by local ingredients and traditional influences.
Indulge in a white bean salad with caramelized onion, micro greens, and a delicate bean cracker, followed by succulent trout paired with confit sage potato and sage-sumac beurre blanc. End the evening with a pavlova featuring saskatoon berry compote, apricot, and caramel corn.
