Firehall Brewery and the Smokeshow Food Collective hosting the Smokeshow 2026, the Oliver Sunshine Festival’s fundraiser party, a long-table communal dinner in the Oliver Community Park with live music by the Big Easy Funk Ensemble. This year, the admission ticket includes a full dinner (drinks not included), plus the pride and glory of being a sponsor of the Sunshine Festival (deep discounts are available for families).

The Smokeshow celebrates smoked food and local flavours, highlighting South Okanagan chefs and beverage producers, including special edition smoked beers from Firehall Brewery. And for a great cause: the FREE Family Days community event in the park on Sunday, June 14. The Sunday is free

because Friday knows how to party! Support the night that makes it all happen!

The Smokeshow Food Collective: Smokeshow is a chef-driven community food event in Oliver, BC that brings together fire cooking, local agriculture, beer, and community driven energy into one shared experience. This is not a traditional food festival. It is a curated gathering designed around the principles of good, clean, and fair food, with transparency in sourcing, and connection through shared meals and beverages. The food program is led by the Smokeshow Food Collective, an ever revolving stable of local food producers anchored by Oliver Eats Ltd. Oliver Eats Ltd will produce the main protein from their smoker, and participating chefs contribute one complementary dish each, forming a cohesive, shared menu.
