An Evening of Chakra Mantras and Mudras (Exhale Art Gallery)

Join Laura of Exhale Art Gallery for an evening to purify, nourish and balance your sacred energetic system through the use of seed syllable mantras, mudra hand positions, and crystal singing bowls. You will activate the 7 main vortices or chakras within the body through the use of sound. Crystal singing bowls and the spoken ancient practice of bija seed syllables – one syllable mantras thar carry a profound frequency of healing – will transport you into vibrational harmony. We will activate our meridian system through the use of mudras or particular hand positions that stimulate flow within the body aligning with each chakra. This combination of mantras, mudras and sound will create great expansion in our body and energetic field.
