9th Anniversary Dinner (Dubh Glas Distillery)

An experience from Chef Chris Van Hooydonk of Backyard Farm paired with spirits and whisky from Dubh Glas Distillery on their 9th Anniversary.

Distiller, Grant Stevely, will lead the celebration featuring a range of cocktails and whisky from Dubh Glas Distillery. The evening main course will feature wine from winemaker Bill Eggert from Pine Hill Cellars. New this year will be local Jazz musician; Bianca Berkland. A true celebration of local in an intimate setting featuring some of the best food, wine and spirits from the South Okanagan.
