When Colleen moved to Oliver in 2021, she brought with her over a decade of east-coast kitchen experience, including time as a chef de partie at the award-winning Burrowing Owl Estate Winery. But more than technique, she brought a conviction: that beautiful, nourishing food should be available to everyone — not just those who can afford a reservation.
Her food philosophy is simple: inclusive food means food that is fresh, affordable, and delicious — and made for every body at the table. At OKGN To Go, every item is scratch-made from whole, local, and plant-forward ingredients, and the entire menu is gluten-free. Because when your most particular eater can eat well, everyone can.
In a valley celebrated for its abundance, OKGN To Go is Colleen’s way of making sure that abundance reaches every table.
You’ll find OKGN To Go at the Oliver Visitor Centre, Wednesday through Saturday for your best lunch ever.
