🫓 Sourdough Focaccia Workshop at La Levainière Bakehouse

Join Audrey for a hands-on Sourdough Focaccia Workshop and discover the secrets behind this delicious, naturally leavened bread.

What to Expect
Each participant will mix their own sourdough focaccia dough by hand.
Together, we’ll explore:
• What sourdough is and why it’s so special
• The benefits of baking with natural fermentation
• The basics of mixing, stretching and folding (or coil folds)
• How to build gluten strength and prepare for cold proofing

You will also bake a batch of sourdough focaccia prepared in advance, so you can see exactly how the dough should look and feel when it’s ready for the oven.

You’ll then transfer your own mixed dough into a tin to take home, ready to proof and bake the next day.

What You’ll Take Home
• Your own focaccia dough in a baking tin, ready to proof and bake at home
• A freshly baked focaccia from La Levainière to enjoy right away
• Audrey’s personal sourdough focaccia recipe to keep baking at home

Everything is provided — ingredients, tools, and packaging — just bring your enthusiasm (and maybe a friend to share the bread with!).
