Join Audrey for a hands-on Sourdough Focaccia Workshop and discover the secrets behind this delicious, naturally leavened bread.
What to Expect
Each participant will mix their own sourdough focaccia dough by hand.
Together, we’ll explore:
You will also bake a batch of sourdough focaccia prepared in advance, so you can see exactly how the dough should look and feel when it’s ready for the oven.
You’ll then transfer your own mixed dough into a tin to take home, ready to proof and bake the next day.
What You’ll Take Home
Everything is provided — ingredients, tools, and packaging — just bring your enthusiasm (and maybe a friend to share the bread with!).
