Grocery & Meat Clinic (Oliver Senior Centre)

This free clinic will shine a light on the current marketing strategies of the grocery industry and you will learn to shop wise, spend less and save money. This presentation is led by former grocery executive, Len Latoski. He will share resources that could empower you to make different decisions when shopping. He will also demonstrate how to cut and process a whole chicken, pork loin and beef primal cuts.
