On February 10th, join VinAmité Cellars in their wine lounge to indulge in an informative culinary experience led by Sommelier & Pastry Chef: Rachelle Goudreau, and Winemaker: Catherine Coulombe.
Chocolate truffles made by Rachelle are perfectly paired with 6 of their wines to show that 1+1=3. Taste how these hand-crafted chocolates enhance and pair with their wines.
Every guest will be handed their very own menu, detailing the wines and chocolates paired. Catherine and Rachelle will spend one hour with you, explaining the pairings. Each guest will leave with a box of these chocolates.
More chocolate will be available for purchase as well as the wines so that you can recreate the experience with your loved ones!
