From the start, the Bai family have been guided by the long-term vision of building one of the leading family-owned wineries in Canada.

Since our inaugural vintage in 2016, we have been humbled by the acclaim we've received from Jancis Robinson MW Decanter, Anthony Gismondi, and John Szabo MS, among many others. It's a testatment not only to the pedigree of our vineyards, but also to the entire team behind every bottle of wine.

Certified Organic

We are proud to share that all our vineyards are Certified Organic and in the process of biodynamic certification.

International Winemakers

We are privileged to work with a talented team of international winemakers. Mark Beringer, from Napa California, is Phantom Creek Estates Director of Winemaking. He brings years of experience and winemaking expertise to help us achieve our vision of becoming the leading winery in Canada.

Renowned Winemaking Consultants

We also work with two renowned winemaking consultants: Olivier Humbrecht MW guides our organic and biodynamic practices and has an integral role in our white winemaking program, which is centered around Pinot Gris and Riesling. Phillipe Melka plays an active part in our red winemaking program, focusing on Bordeaux varieties and Syrah.
