DESCRIPTION:Snakes of the Okanagan – Saturday July 20th \nCome join Nk’Mip Desert Cultural Centre biologists Jenna Hardy and Robin Jans to learn about the ongoing joint projects between Nk’Mip and the White Lake Basin. These projects focus on the conservation of our local snakes including Rattlesnakes\, Gopher snakes\, and Yellow-bellied racers! Jenna and Robin will be bringing a couple slithery friends\, Hoops the gopher snake and Hula the rattler! \nAll Nature Talks start at 11 am and are free with admission.\nAdmission: Family – $25 (Max 2 adults & children under 18); Adults – $10; Seniors (65+) – $9; Youth (ages 6-17) – $8; Children (5 and under) – Free\nAdmission to the Desert Centre includes either a guided or self-guided tour.
