DESCRIPTION:An incredible evening together for Stoneboat’s first ever Winemaker’s Dinner. Enjoy a beautiful four-course meal from Bluebonnet Culinary as well as Stoneboat wine pairings for each dish. All are welcome – although we do have a limited capacity so make sure you reserve your spot soon! $180 per person or $150 for club members.\nTHE MENU: Assorted Tapas Course: grilled and chilled octopus\, salsa verde\, crispy potato\, pan con tomate: roasted tomato\, serrano ham\, garlic crostini\, galmesano\, olive oil\, salt cod croquettes with salsa verde; Sablefish with roasted fennel\, pickled onion\, arugula\, romesco and Striploin – grilled McLean Creek beef\, crispy spicy potato\, vegetable pisto\, chermoula; Citrus and Almond Cake with citrus syrup\, candied zest\, goats milk mousse.
