The sauce chosen by professional judges will win $50\, and the winning sauce will be put up against the infamous Chance Beauclaire in a Hot Wing Throwdown challenge: if he can’t finish 10 wings with the victory sauce in 5 minutes\, another $50 is added to the winnings!\nSubmissions: $10/entry. Entrants must have FoodSafe certification\, and prepare hot sauces in accordance with FoodSafe guidelines. 20 Entrants Total. Maximum 5 entries per person. \nSubmissions accepted first-come-first serve through Firehall’s webpage.
