DESCRIPTION:Great White North are an alternative folk-rock band hailing from Oliver\, BC. After starting as a solo acoustic project of Mike Szalay\, GWN has expanded into a full-band lineup with locals Sid Ruhland\, Sean Petersen and Polo Veintimilla. Their sound teeters from a softer acoustic-folk genre to a raw rock’n’roll sound of the 1960s and 70s.
