You will activate the 7 main vortices or chakras within the body through the use of sound. Crystal singing bowls and the spoken ancient practice of bija seed syllables – one syllable mantras thar carry a profound frequency of healing – will transport you into vibrational harmony. We will activate our meridian system through the use of mudras or particular hand positions that stimulate flow within the body aligning with each chakra. This combination of mantras\, mudras and sound will create great expansion in our body and energetic field.\n$20 per person.
