DESCRIPTION:The winery is thrilled to announce the release of the “Burrowing Owl Estate Winery Cookbook – Recipes for a Good Life” by Jennifer Schell Lirag.\nThe book features 15 delicious 3-course menus that pair meticulously with Burrowing Owl wines. Inspired by the Wyse family’s travels\, their favorite dishes\, offerings at the Sonora Room Restaurant\, and locally grown ingredients\, these seasonal recipes provide a fresh take on classic dishes. The book also includes winery history\, wine pairing information\, and information about the winery’s namesake – the burrowing owl. It is the first cookbook of its kind published by a BC winery. \nJoin Burrowing Owl Estate Winery on Saturday\, June 29th\, from 2:00 – 5:00 pm for our Cookbook launch event and author signings with Jennifer Schell Lirag.
