SUMMARY:The Sensory Series | Long Table Dinners
DESCRIPTION:The Six Senses Long Table Dinner Series is a celebration of the intimate relationship between wine and cuisine\, where each informs\, elevates\, and transforms the other. Each evening is inspired by one of the six senses: Sight\, Smell\, Taste\, Touch\, Sound\, and Intuition\, and explores how both wine and food are perceived through layered sensory experience.Pairings are designed with precision: dishes are created to reveal nuance in the glass\, while wines are selected to elevate and expand the expression of the cuisine. Guests experience an evolution across courses\, where flavour\, aroma\, structure\, and texture shift and unfold together. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Feb. 26\, 2026 – SightAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. This dinner explores how visual elements shape perception: colour\, composition\, contrast\, and presentation in both the glass and on the plate. Wines are selected for nuance and expression\, while dishes are designed with visual intention\, showing how aesthetics influence expectation\, appetite\, and the first impression of flavour. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Mar. 5\, 2026 – SoundAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. This evening explores rhythm and atmosphere as part of the dining experience. Carefully paced courses\, composed environments\, and thoughtful sequencing allow both cuisine and wine to be experienced with focus and presence showing how attention itself enhances perception\, clarity\, and enjoyment. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Mar. 12\, 2026 – SmellAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. Aromatics lead this evening. Expressive wines meet layered\, fragrant cuisine\, highlighting how scent prepares the palate and shapes experience. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Mar. 19\, 2026 – TasteAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. This dinner is built around the architecture of flavour. Wines structured by acidity\, tannin\, and balance are paired with dishes crafted around salt\, sweetness\, bitterness\, and umami. Together\, they demonstrate how cuisine and wine reshape one another. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Mar. 26\, 2026 – TouchAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. Texture becomes the central theme: weight\, temperature\, mouthfeel\, and structure in both wine and food. Silky\, crisp\, rich\, and structured elements interact across each course\, creating a tactile experience that changes how wine feels on the palate and how food carries flavour. The Six Senses Dinner Series: Ap. 2\, 2026 – 6th SenseAn immersive Long Table Dinner Series where exceptional wine and exceptional cuisine meet in a shared sensory journey. The final dinner invites guests to move beyond analysis and into instinct. Expressive wines meet emotionally driven cuisine; dishes and pairings designed to evoke memory\, comfort\, and curiosity. \n\nDinner only: $72 \n\nDinner & wine: $105 \n\nDinner & Library Wines: $128 \n\n(Taxes & Gratuities extra) \n\nAll dinners start at 6:00 pm.

SUMMARY:Open Mic Night
DESCRIPTION:Free admission! Firehall Open Mic & Jam Night is an opportunity for local musicians to perform their art in a public\, social setting in the Firehall Brewery brewpub! Open Mic & Jam Nights are an important part of every music scene\, to allow new musicians to flourish\, and seasoned musicians to hone their trade. Please keep in mind\, the “pub” environment may not always provide an attentive audience\, but capturing the crowd is all part of the challenge 😉 \n\nWe recommend performers RSVP so we know you’re coming! Table reservations are no longer available. \n\nFOR MUSICIANS – PLEASE READ \n\nPlease arrive around 6:30 and identify yourself to our host\, Mike Dallamore\, and let him know if you would like accompaniment (Open Mic style vs Jam style). He will find you a slot for you to play up to three songs. \n\nWe will have three microphones\, and a PA mixer with more than enough inputs for instruments. Small electric amps are permitted\, but they must be coordinated with the sound tech. Small percussion instruments are permitted. Bagpipes are stricly prohibited unless you are wearing a kilt… just kidding (though kilts are awesome). \n\nWe have no restrictions on genre\, though we insist that all performers respect that our space is family-friendly\, and we have a strict intolerance for prejudice or abusive material. \n\nFOR PATRONS – PLEASE READ \n\nPlease respect the musicians. They have worked hard to get up on the stage 🙂
