SUMMARY:The Larix 10k | IT'S TIME TO RUN
DESCRIPTION:The 2025 season brought the inaugural year of The Larix\, a 10 km trail race that starts just shy of the base area and makes its way to the peak of Baldy Mountain. The Larix is named after the Latin for Larch tree\, which loses it needles during the winter months\, but during race time you can notice the tree turning a gorgeous fall yellow\, similar to a typical Deciduous tree. \n\nFor the 2026 Season\, The Larix is expanding. This year we are offering a 21km race and the same 10km race as last season that takes you through almost every trail that Baldy has to offer\, from single track trail to wide open fields and double track.
