Carl Boucher spent nearly 25 years curating Wine Spectator-winning lists for Canada’s top restaurants before dedicating himself to championing Canadian wine from coast to coast. Mira Boucher brings her background in community building and executive coaching to create one of Canada’s most engaged wine communities. Together\, they have built a national following of passionate wine lovers who trust them to seek out the very best. \n\nOn Wednesday\, August 5\, we open our cellar doors to just 50 guests for an intimate tasting experience broadcast live and nationally on Carl’s Wine Club platforms. \n\n5:00 – 6:00 pm | Exclusive Cellar Tasting Take your seat in the cellar for a hosted tasting of our Carl’s Wine Club feature wines\, accompanied by a curated charcuterie grazing table. Go behind the scenes with live interviews with the Nostalgia team\, streamed live to Carl’s Wine Club’s national audience. In-person order forms let you shop the feature selection on the night; we’ll build and pack your order while the music plays. \n\n6:00 – 8:00 pm | Live Music on the Patio with Mick James Move from the cellar to our Sunset Lounge patio for live music with Mick James as the sun sets over the Black Sage Bench.
